We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG). The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
