Kantstraße 58, 10627 Berlin
Tel.: 030 311 022 96
E-Mail: info@bargold999.de
The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the company named above, represented by its managing director Bilal Youssef. A data protection officer has not been appointed, as there is no legal obligation to do so.
2. General information
We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. Using our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Where personal data (such as name or email address) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis wherever possible.
3. Hosting (IONOS)
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you access our website, IONOS collects technically necessary data in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- name and URL of the file accessed
- website from which the access originates (referrer URL)
- browser used and, where applicable, the operating system
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing the website securely, quickly and reliably. Log data is stored only for as long as necessary for that purpose. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS. Hosting-related data is processed on servers within the European Union / EEA; no transfer to a third country takes place in this context.
4. Contact form
If you send us an enquiry via the contact form, we process the data you provide (first name, last name, email address and your message) to handle your enquiry and for any follow-up questions.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract (e.g. purchase), and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). The checkbox to be confirmed before sending serves solely to acknowledge this privacy policy and does not constitute any further consent.
For the technical delivery of form messages we use the e-mail server of our hosting and e-mail provider IONOS (IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany). The details you enter in the form are sent server-side by e-mail to our mailbox and processed there. No transfer to a third country outside the EU (such as the USA) takes place. Your details are not used for advertising and are not passed on to further third parties.
We delete contact enquiries without a contractual relationship no later than 6 months after your request has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply. Where your enquiry relates to a contract, the statutory retention periods (in particular §§ 147 AO, 257 HGB) apply. We will comply with your request for erasure insofar as no statutory retention obligation conflicts.
5. Contact by telephone or email
When you contact us by telephone or email, your details are stored to process the matter and for any follow-up questions. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
6. Google Maps (two-click solution)
On our contact page we offer a Google Maps map (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). For data-protection reasons the map is not loaded automatically. Only when you explicitly click “Load map” is the map embedded and a connection to Google established. Until then, no data is transferred to Google.
After your click, data (including your IP address) is transferred to Google; this may involve a transfer to Google LLC in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; standard contractual clauses additionally apply.
The legal basis for loading the map is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25(1) TDDDG. On request, your browser remembers this consent for the duration of your visit (session storage); it can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future by closing or reloading the page. Without consent, an external link for route planning is available to you. Further information: policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Fonts and images
For a consistent appearance we use fonts (Fraunces, Satoshi) that are stored locally on our server. There is no connection to servers of Google Fonts or other third parties; your IP address is not transmitted for this purpose. The images shown on this website are our own photographs of our store as well as AI-generated motifs; they are served from our own server.
8. Cookies and tracking
This website uses no tracking or marketing cookies and no analytics services. Only one technically necessary cookie named “NEXT_LOCALE” is set, which stores your language choice (lifetime: up to 1 year). The legal basis is § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG (strictly necessary cookie).
9. Your rights as a data subject
Under the GDPR you have the following rights:
- right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR)
- right to withdraw consent given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)
To exercise your rights, an informal message to info@bargold999.de is sufficient. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.
10. No automated decision-making
Automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, does not take place.
11. Data security
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” and the lock symbol in your browser bar.
12. Currency of this privacy policy
We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements or in order to implement changes to our services. Last updated: July 2026.
